One thing that bothers me on a daily basis is my facial hair.
I don't understand why the male of our species have to put up with body hair that seems to be not functional in any sense. During the evolution history of mankind (mankind since I'm only talking about men), we have managed to evolve away from having excessive body hair since there was no need for them then why do we still have facial hair? what's so different about them so that we have not evolved away from them?

Ok, no offense to those of other ethnicity than Asian but majority of Asian males do not have too much body hair. Yet, we are still faced with silly stubble of hair. Not enough to grow anything that resembles a decent beard but enough to bother us each and every morning with the need for shaving. What's the deal?
